In Canford Cliffs, we carried out a complete refurbishment and redesign of a living space, working closely with the clients from the initial design stage through to final completion.
Following our first visits, we developed several design options tailored to the property and provided full CAD plans, visual imagery, and material samples for approval. This allowed the client to clearly visualise the proposed transformation before any work began.
The project involved a full reconfiguration of the space, including relocating the kitchen and all associated services such as plumbing and electrics. We installed new wiring and plumbing throughout, removed existing ceilings, insulated and reboarded them, and upgraded the suspended timber floor with additional insulation.
New studwork was introduced to redefine the layout, including the creation of a walk-in pantry with a pocket door for a seamless finish. The kitchen itself featured Remo doors in porcelain and majestic teal, quartz worktops, a raised prep area on the island built to the client’s specification, Legrabox drawer systems throughout, integrated bins, under-unit lighting, and a custom lighting feature above the island.
The entire property was redecorated as part of the works, and the project was fully managed from start to finish, with a single point of contact coordinating all trades to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
