In Broadstone, we completed a full refurbishment of the kitchen, utility room, and adjoining living space, working closely with the clients to create a design that supported their family lifestyle.
We provided multiple design options and supplied a range of product samples, adjusting specifications to suit both practical requirements and budget considerations. Full plans and visualisations were issued to help the clients clearly understand how the finished space would look and function.
To open up the property, we removed a structural masonry wall, creating a seamless connection between the kitchen, lounge, and dining areas. The ceiling was boarded, an existing fireplace was closed off, and the entire space was fully plastered to create a clean, modern finish.
The kitchen featured handleless rail cabinetry with custom extra-tall units in a matt light grey finish, paired with Bosch appliances including steam, combination, and microwave ovens, an induction hob, and integrated dishwasher. Storage solutions included an integrated bin system, a LeMans corner unit for improved access, upgraded Legrabox drawers, and 20mm quartz worktops with matching upstands.
The utility room was designed and installed with custom-cut cabinetry to house appliances, a boiler, and water tank, while still maintaining generous storage. We also worked closely with the clients to optimise budget allocation, selecting more cost-effective finishes in the utility to allow greater investment in the main kitchen space.
