In this Broadstone project, we designed, supplied, and installed a new kitchen and utility space, refining an existing design to better suit both the property and the clients’ needs.
We provided full design plans alongside multiple sample options at different budget levels and coordinated the works around the client’s existing building schedule.
The kitchen featured Hunton cabinetry in Regiment Green with Bardolino oak interiors, including a pantry cupboard, pan drawers, integrated bin system, dishwasher housing, and tall storage units designed to maximise space. A 30mm quartz worktop with matching splashback completed the look.
The utility room was designed with custom-built cabinetry to house appliances, boiler, and water tank, alongside shallow-depth larder units that still provided excellent storage capacity. We also installed new internal doors, skirting, and architraves throughout the property.
Throughout the project, we advised on design improvements to enhance long-term usability and explained the impact of material choices on durability and performance.
